Currently, I'm only working with private clients. Please contact me if interested. I'm available for small groups and one-on-one sessions in New York City and everywhere online.
February 19-24, 2024: Sunscape Coco Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. I will be the guest yoga teacher at this beautiful resort for the week; join me for yoga in the morning and beautiful white sand beaches in the afternoon.

Yoga Nidra practice online at Tiny Tea House Yoga twice week (Wednesdays and Saturdays).
Beginner's Mind Yoga, Wednesday nights at 6pm (EST) at Tiny Tea House Yoga where I led a gentle flow and encourage participants to explore inner awareness through movement. All bodies and minds welcome.

I'm just finished teaching in the summer of 2022 at Swami's Yoga Retreat outside of Sydney, Australia. Come visit us! Swami Sarasvati, retreat center founder, pioneered yoga in Australia via a television broadcast, simple called Swami's. The retreat center offers mindfulness bushwalks, yoga philosophy workshops, asana classes and nightly meditation. Learn about my experience there.
